HOW IT WORKS

  1. Explore the Home Page and input your destination address or zip code, along with your travel dates.
  2. Once you discover your destination, choose the desired products for rent and add them to your cart.
  3. Complete the reservation forms with your details, selecting your preferred dates and delivery/pickup time slots.
  4. An email confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours.
  5. It's as straightforward as that! For more specific information about your location, refer to our Location page.

DELIVERIES Private Residence:

  • We offer direct delivery and pickup of baby gear at private residences. If you're renting a crib, we'll even set it up for you. Simply opt for the "Private residence" choice on your reservation form and provide the necessary address.
  • Different delivery and pickup time slots are available at each location. Coordinate with your host to determine the most convenient time.
  • In many cases (excluding full-size cribs), we can leave the equipment at a designated spot like a secluded porch or side gate. If you reside in a gated community, don't forget to provide the gate code in the "Special Instructions" section or inform the security guard.
  • Consult our Location chart to find out about delivery time slots and other options in your area.

Rental Properties:

  1. If you or someone in your group will be present at the destination during the available time slots, select the appropriate times on your reservation form.
  • If you're staying in a gated community, include the gate code in the "Special Instructions" section or inform the security guard.
  1. If your arrival or departure falls outside the available time slots, we can arrange the delivery and pickup directly with the property management company or homeowners. Typically, there is a cleaning crew on-site, and they can provide access to the unit.
  • In many cases (excluding full-size cribs), we can leave the equipment at a designated spot like a secluded porch or side gate.
  • Opt for the "Rental Home/Condo" option on your reservation form and provide the necessary property management information.

Hotels:

  • Please note that hotels usually provide pack n plays or portable cribs, not full-size cribs.
  • If you have rented a full-size crib, it will be set up in your room before your arrival. Inform the hotel about the delivery arrangements, and we will coordinate the specifics with them.
  • Other items can be dropped off and picked up at the hotel front desk or concierge. During check-out, please return the items to the front desk with your name tagged on them, preferably at the beginning of the designated pickup time slot indicated on your reservation form.

Airports:

  • Depending on your destination, we offer various airport service options. Except for full-size cribs, items can be delivered to you when you pick up your rental vehicle or exit the baggage claim area.
  • Provide your flight and car rental details on your reservation form, along with the estimated arrival and departure times.
  • If you require service to the baggage claim area or cell phone lot without renting a vehicle, please specify it in the "Special Instructions" section of your reservation form.
  • Refer to our Location chart to check the available airport delivery options in your city. Please note that full-size cribs cannot be delivered to airports.

Self Pickup:

  • In some locations, you have the option to pick up and return the equipment yourself (excluding full-size cribs). Visit the Location page to see if this option is available in your city and find the designated pickup location.
  • We will coordinate the timing of your pickup and drop-off based on your travel schedule and our availability. After submitting your form, we will contact you via email to arrange a final time and provide contact information.

Separate Delivery/Pickup Locations:

  • If you prefer, we can pick up the rental equipment from a different location within the same city. Check our Locations to verify if the pickup location is covered. Provide the pickup address in the appropriate section of your reservation form. Additional fees may apply.
  • All deliveries incur a fee based on the zip code of your area.

ORDER CHANGES:

  • Making changes to your order is easy using our order editing system. Please keep in mind that changes are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email.
  1. On the Home page, click on the "Login" icon tab and enter your login information.
  2. From the account page, you can view and modify your order.
  3. Alternatively, you can email us with your order changes or any questions you have, and we will assist you.

BILLING INFORMATION:

  • After placing an order, your card will be verified and charged within 48 hours. Any cancellations or adjustments due to order changes will be applied to the credit card on file.
  • We do not accept cash or checks. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions page for information regarding order cancellations and other important details.
  • The billing period for a reservation starts on the delivery day and ends on the day prior to pick up. The pick-up day is not charged as it is considered a non-use day.
