1. Can I pick up my own equipment?

Yes, you can do free pick up from Coto de Caza, CA.

 

2. Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, you can make changes to your order by logging into your

account. From there, you can add or remove items, change dates, delivery/pickup times, and

addresses. Changes made within 48 hours of the delivery time should also be called in to 1-714-

313-0210 and are subject to availability.

 

3. How far in advance should I place an order?

It is best to place your order as early as possible to ensure availability. During busy holiday or summer months, it is recommended to book several

weeks ahead. For non-holiday or summer months, one to two weeks notice is usually sufficient.

Last-minute orders can be accommodated, and confirmation will be sent within a few hours.

 

4. Is there a minimum order amount?

Minimum order amounts start at $100. If your order falls

below the minimum amount, you will still be charged the appropriate minimum for your area.

 

5. When does my rental term begin and end?

Your rental term begins on the day of delivery and

ends on your last day of use. The pickup day is not considered a use day, and you will not be

charged for it.

 

6. Are your products clean and safe?

Yes, all products meet current federal safety standards and

are regularly checked and replaced as needed. They are also properly cleaned and sanitized

using non-toxic products before delivery.

 

7. Can you install car seats?

No, car seat installation services are not provided. Information on

installing car seats is typically available on the seats themselves, and local fire stations may offer

installation assistance.

 

8. Can I pick up my own equipment?

You have the option to pick up and drop off your own

equipment. This option can be selected on the reservation form, and the timing will be

coordinated with your travel schedule and availability.

 

9. Can you pick up from a different location than the original delivery?

Yes, it is possible to arrange for pickup from a different location, but it must be within the coverage zone, and additional fees

may apply.

 

10. Do you deliver to airports?

Not at this time. Please contact Trekkin Tots to make special

arrangements. Delivery to car rental agencies near major airports is available. Flight and car

rental information can be provided on the reservation form.

 

11. What about damages, lost, or stolen products?

Rental equipment is not insured against

damages, theft, or loss. It is recommended not to give food or leaky bottles to children while

using the equipment. Any damages, loss, or necessary replacements will be the responsibility of

the renter, and fees will apply.

 

12. What is your cancellation policy?

Orders canceled prior to 72 hours of the delivery date will

incur a $20 processing charge. Orders canceled within 72 hours will be charged 50% of the

original order amount or the minimum order amount, whichever is greater. Refunds for early

returns vary by location.
